Six fjords, fourteen days, and more hairpin turns than we could count -nlooking back, this is the part of our Norway road trip that still surprises us the most. We went in expecting waterfalls and photo stops. What we didn't expect was how quiet it would make us feel, standing at Stegastein or watching the kids chase rainbows near Nordfjord. Pick two or three fjords instead of trying to see all six, and leave room for the unplanned stops -some of our favorite memories were the ones we didn't schedule.
